We are the first queer-sensitive everyday assistance service in Berlin. We support you in everyday life – from household chores to accompanying you to doctor's or official appointments – and focus on diversity, respect, and personal care. Our team is specially trained to address the needs of queer people 🏳️🌈 & people with HIV. It is important to us that you feel understood, safe, and well supported in every situation – no matter what your life looks like or who you love. 🏳️🌈
What can we help you with?
Sometimes a little support is all it takes to make everyday life easier again. At AlleFarben, you get queer-sensitive everyday help in Berlin – respectful, reliable, and at your own pace. If relatives and friends are involved in organizing, we involve them upon request and ensure clear agreements.
Consultation on care allowance (37.3 SGB XI)
Do you receive nursing care benefits with care level 2 to 5? Then regular consultation is mandatory. With care level 1, you can use it voluntarily. We reliably accompany you, at home or via video. The advice is understandable and tailored to your situation.
We are there for you throughout Berlin!
Our team is there for you in all districts of Berlin. No matter whether you live in Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg or another part of the city – we are close to you and offer you queer-sensitive support whenever you need it. Count on us, wherever you call home in Berlin.

In a first short consultation, we discuss your open questions and address your wishes and needs. As a queer-sensitive everyday helper 🏳️🌈, we also try to consider and take into account sexual and gender diversity in the organization of your help.

We will have a non-binding, free introductory meeting. If you feel comfortable, we can start with everyday help right away.

Fair, simple pricing
Our prices are transparent and fair - simple and without hidden fees. Each hour of help costs 34 EUR.
We work with all health insurance companies.
We are tested and certified by the Berlin Senate. All statutory and private insurances recognize us as "Offers to support in everyday life" according to § 45a SGB XI. All aid agencies also recognize our services in everyday help as reimbursable. (Only a selection is shown in the pictures. We work with all health insurance companies.)
What's special about us – From the community – for the community
LGBTI* people, in particular, frequently report discrimination, a lack of sensitivity, and a lack of understanding in household-related services and care contexts. We know these experiences from our own lives – as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and intersex people and from our many years of work in the field of care and counseling. We founded AlleFarben Alltagshilfe to offer reliable, discrimination-free, and diversity-sensitive support. Our work is based on respect, transparency, and the knowledge of how important a safe space in one's own home is.

Experience in Care & Consulting
More than 10 years of experience in care consulting and counseling contexts, including gay counseling. Many of our team members have worked in care and bring practical knowledge.

We are networked in Berlin and nationwide to make queer care and queer-sensitive daily help visible – We are, among others, in exchange with BISS e. V., RUT Berlin, LesLeFam, Mann-O-Meter, Schwulenberatung etc.
Visible
We regularly bring the topic to the public – e.g. in specialist articles in the Siegessäule, at specialist events, in the nursing podcast "Mein Pflegecafé" and in nursing training.
Committed
We engage in exchanges with politicians and specialist bodies, e.g. with state care commissioners, and contribute to strategies and measures for greater safety for queer people in healthcare.

Who does AlleFarben support?
We cater to all people in Berlin who need support in their daily lives. Our special focus is on the queer community, as we offer queer-sensitive care that addresses the specific needs of LSBTIQ* individuals. In addition, we also support people who rely on daily assistance due to age, illness or disability and who value diversity.
Can I choose a daily helper myself?
But of course, we are all ears when it comes to your wishes and what is important to you. We will always try to take this into account. Please understand that the more wishes there are to consider, the longer it may take for us to find suitable help for you.
What does it mean that the long-term care insurance pays for the service?
If you have a care degree, you are automatically entitled to certain benefits. This includes support in everyday life through certified everyday assistance services, such as we are. Depending on the care degree, costs are covered to varying degrees.
How is quality ensured?
Our everyday helpers go through a multi-stage application process, are trained before their assignment, and all submit a police clearance certificate. So that everyone is satisfied and feels comfortable, we are always in close contact and available.
